Why Learn Spanish?
Spanish is the second most spoken language in the world by native speakers, with over 500 million people speaking it across 20+ countries, including all of Latin America, Spain, and growing communities across the USA, UK, and Canada. It is also the most studied foreign language in the United States and one of the most valued second languages in global business, healthcare, diplomacy, and education.
For students in the USA, Spanish proficiency is one of the most practical and immediately useful skills they can develop, whether for school, travel, future careers, or connecting with Spanish-speaking communities around them. For students in the UK, Australia, or Canada, Spanish is a gateway to Latin America and Europe that opens doors academically and professionally.
At Edifychamps, our Spanish course is taught live by experienced, fluent Spanish instructors who immerse students in real communication from day one. Students do not just memorize vocabulary, they practice real conversations, explore authentic Spanish culture, and develop the confidence to actually use the language outside the classroom.

What age group is this course designed for?
The course covers Grades 1 through 12, ages 6 to 18. The content, vocabulary, and teaching style are adapted to the student’s age. Younger children focus on speaking confidence and basic vocabulary, while older students work on grammar, formal writing, and exam preparation.
Will this course help with GCSE Spanish, AP Spanish, or school exams?
Yes. The grammar, writing, reading, and speaking skills built throughout this course directly support GCSE Spanish, AP Spanish Language and Culture, IB Spanish, and other school examinations. Students preparing for specific exams should mention this at enrollment so the instructor can tailor the pacing accordingly.
Are classes live or pre-recorded?
All classes are live, instructor-led online sessions. Students speak Spanish in real time with their instructor, practice listening and conversation, get immediate feedback on pronunciation and grammar, and ask questions throughout every session.
How quickly will my child be able to hold a conversation in Spanish?
Most students can hold basic, everyday conversations in Spanish within the first 20–30 classes when attending consistently. Fluency develops progressively. By Module 5 students are comfortable with everyday conversations, and by Module 8 they are reading authentic texts and communicating formally.
