2. Services Provided
 
EdifyChamps offers tutoring services in [list subjects or courses, e.g., mathematics, science, languages, etc.] for students of all ages. Our services are provided on an online basis via video calls, virtual classrooms, or other agreedupon online methods.

3. Bookings and Scheduling
 
Booking a Session: All tutoring sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system or by contacting us directly. You will receive a confirmation of your booking via email or text message.
 
Session Duration: Each tutoring session is 60 minutes.
 
Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of [insert fee amount or percentage, if applicable].
 
NoShow Policy: If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged.
 
4. Payment Terms
 
Fees: Tutoring sessions are charged at the rate agreed upon during sign up with our academic councilor and charged per hour. Rates may vary depending on the subject, tutor experience, and session duration.
 
Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via  credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.]. Payment for tutoring sessions must be made prior to or at the time of the session.
 
Late Payments: If payment is not received within 3 days of the session, a late fee of $25 may be applied. Continued nonpayment may result in suspension of tutoring services.
 
5. Refund Policy
 
No Refunds for Completed Sessions: Once a tutoring session has been conducted, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds for Cancellations: If you cancel a session in accordance with our cancellation policy (at least 24 hours in advance), you may be eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future session.

Refunds for Tutor Availability: In the rare event that we are unable to provide a tutor for a confirmed session (e.g., due to illness, scheduling issues, etc.), you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued, or you may choose to reschedule the session at no additional charge.

Refund Request Process: To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone within 15 days of the original session. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
 
6. Tutoring Sessions and Conduct
 
Student Responsibility: Students are expected to be prepared for each session, including having the necessary materials, textbooks, or software required for the lesson.
 
Tutor Responsibility: Our tutors are expected to arrive on time, be professional, and provide clear and effective instruction during each session. If you experience issues with the quality of tutoring, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
 
Code of Conduct: Both tutors and students must adhere to respectful behavior during sessions. Any form of abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
 
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
 
We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of all students. Personal and academic information shared during tutoring sessions will remain confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless required by law.
 
Our tutoring sessions may be recorded for quality control and training purposes. By booking a session, you consent to these recordings. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify us prior to your session.
 
8. Liability
 
EdifyChamps is committed to providing high quality tutoring services. However, we do not guarantee specific academic results. The outcome of tutoring is dependent on a variety of factors, including the student’s effort and engagement.
 
We are not liable for any personal or academic outcomes, including grades or exam results, resulting from our tutoring services.
 
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
 
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after any changes to these Terms, you agree to abide by the updated terms.
